Sony Apologises for SEN errors
‘Engineers working hard to fix the problem’
If you were one of those affected by the previously monikered PSN errors this past weekend, and suffered the indignity of having some/all of your paid DLC content inaccessible, take a pill full of chill, Sony apologized.

Proper order. It’s good to see large corporations lay it on the line and simply apologize once in a while. No excuses, no BS, just a simple apology.

(Of course, they had lots of practice during last year’s famed outage, but that’s beside the point...)

Now that the indignity is taken care of, unfortunately you’ll simply have to grin and bear with in inconvenience a while longer. Taking to the EU forum, Online Support co-ordinator ‘RabidWalker’ explained,

"I just wanted to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused so far, and to reaffirm that our engineers are working to get this resolved... As soon as we receive an update on the status of this, we will let you know."
