Mum Michelle Heaton
has stunned her fans by revealing her dramatic weight loss just months after giving birth to her first baby.
The former pop star showed off her impressive toned stomach online yesterday which she achieved through exercise and eating the right food.
She said: "Thought it would fall off after going birth — I was wrong — it's been a long five months! But I'm back! Whoop."
Michelle (32) has returned to her pre-baby weight of 8st 6lbs and she weighed in at 11st 9lbs towards the end of her pregnancy.
Michelle worked out in her living room while her baby Faith was in the bouncer and admitted that it was hard. But she was motivated to keep going when she started to notice the results.
She had an emergency caesarean section in January and had to wait around two months before she could start exercising to shift the pounds she put on during pregnancy.
And she told her fans that there was no excuse and that if they want to get back into shape it's down to hard work.
She said: "So funny how some people don't believe that basic hard work, focus and a great supportive husband can achieve what I did.
"I do not have a nanny, Jesus, if I could afford a nanny it would have been quicker than five months! Having a nanny is never an option.
"Hugh [Hanley, her husband] did train me, once a week in the gym, but the rest of my workouts were at home while Faith took her nap or played in the bouncer.
"No nannies, no baby sitters, no excuses guys! If u wanna feel good about yourself you do it! Simple! Stop looking for excuses!"
Michelle is planning to return to Dublin this weekend to present the World Bodybuilding Championships on Saturday and her Irish husband Hugh is extremely proud of her success.
He said: "These pictures are un-airbrushed and taken on an iPhone. Shel worked out at home and achieved her results like anyone can with dedication."
Michelle shot to fame with the band Liberty X and moved to Ireland after working on the RTE talent show You're A Star. Michelle and her husband now live in England.
