Model Emma Quinlan
was left with a huge wound in her hand after her dog bit her by mistake while playing fetch.
Emma (27) revealed photographs of the painful bite mark online yesterday and told her fans that she could see the bones of her hand.
She said: “So my dog missed the stick on his jump and caught me
...right through.. #ouch. Ugh look how deep it is... Can see bone both sides.”
It is not Emma’s first accident involving an animal as she had a narrow brush with death in 2010 when she was kicked in the face by a horse. At the time she was told by doctors that she could have easily been killed and only returned to horse riding last year following the incident.
She has said: “I was very lucky, I was nearly killed. You could get kicked a million times and never be as lucky as me. My face was all split on the inside and all bleeding. I was lucky my face wasn’t kicked in because I know a girl that had to get her face reconstructed.”
And earlier this year Emma, who is famous for posing with her pet snake, spent around a week in hospital in Dublin with an illness. She is also currently starring in Germany's edition of FHM magazine
