1: Jennifer has ice odds
Sexy model Jennifer Ellison is the 4-1 favorite with bookies to win the latest series of Dancing On Ice, which starts on Sunday. Jennifer (28) has been working hard in training and has reportedly shed five stone since the birth of her first child. (Irish Daily Star)

2: Mike Skinner announces Streets book
Mike Skinner has announced the release of his memoir, The Story of the Streets, and it will be released on March 29. The book will cover the rapid rise and sudden end of the Streets, the band that had huge hits such as Dry Your Eyes and Has It Come to This? (Guardian)

3: Fergie gives a maybe to baby
Black Eyed Pea Fergie has hinted that this could be the year that she and her husband Josh Duhamel start a family. With no tour dates announced, she is looking forward to having a more domestic lifestyle over the course of 2012.

When asked about her baby plans by People magazine, she said: “Maybe, who knows? We’ll see.” Fergie (36) and Duhamel (39) celebrate their third wedding anniversary next week. (Irish Daily Star)

4: Lee Ryan wont appear in Celebrity Big Brother
Former Blue member Lee Ryan has been dropped from the line-up of Celebrity Big Brother because he wanted more money. He was set to receive €211,602 for taking part in the show but negotiations came to a halt when discussions over his fee failed. (Huffingtonpost)

5: Demi cast in porn star biopic
Yummy mummy Demi Moore has been cast as feminist icon Gloria Steinem in Lovelace, the biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace. Demi (49) will play the co-founder of Ms magazine, who befriended the Deep Throat actress. Amanda Seyfried (26) will play Lovelace. (Irish Daily Star)

6: Scorsese to receive BAFTA honour
Hugo director Martin Scorsese is to bestowed with the British Academy Fellowship at next month’s BAFTA Film Awards ceremony. The annual award is the highest honour that can be awarded at the BAFTA’s. Previous recipients of include Spielberg and Hitchcock and actor Christopher Lee, who received it last year.

Scorsese, who won an Oscar for The Departed, said: "It is a great honour to be recognized by the British Academy and to join the ranks of such an esteemed group of industry colleagues and friends." (BBC)

7: Kidnap because of Nas no-show
An American concert promoter claims he was abducted in Angola because the rapper Nas did not show up for a heavily publicised New Year’s Eve gig. (TMZ)

8: Cheryl rows in to help pal Sarah
Cheryl Cole is planning to whisk pal Sarah Harding on a girlie getaway in LA to get over her assault-row hell. Cheryl (28) has been comforting her Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah (30) since her New Year’s Eve bust-up with lover Theo de Vries (35).
The pair were left battered and bruised after guests at the Hotel Schloss Matzen in Austria heard them having a “furious” row. Sarah was rushed to hospital and flew home with her arm in bandages. (Irish Daily Star)
