A 14-year-old Dublin boy has caught the eye of Hollywood A-lister Jessica Biel
— prompting the stunner to single him out on the red carpet on Tuesday night.
The actress tweeted about the youngster
, who is from Pearse Street, letting her 120,000 followers know about the teen star yesterday.
Conor Hamilton, a contributor on kids’ TV show Elev8 on RTE 2
, stopped Jessica, her co-stars Kate Beckinsale and Colin Farrell, in their tracks on the red carpet during the premiere of Total Recall.
Jessica was so impressed with the teenager’s approach that she posted a picture of him interviewing her online.
The star wrote: “Best interviewer on the carpet! What a gentleman, Conor Hamilton of Elev8 on RTE!”
The teenager revealed yesterday that Jessica’s agent came over to him after their interview to ask if the actress could put a picture of the two of them up online. Conor then tapped fellow Dubliner Farrell for advice, asking how young Irish boys could follow in the 36-year-old’s footsteps.
“I wouldn’t suggest any of the old habits I used to have, which is just a one way street to Disaster-ville,” said Farrell. “Don’t be like me. Aim higher,” he laughed.
Speaking yesterday, the plucky youngster was undaunted by his face-to-face encounter with some of Hollywood’s hottest names. “Jessica was great — really down to earth and nice to me and she was up for a chat. She stayed there and had a couple of words. We just talked about Total Recall,” he said.
“Colin was deadly he was really nice to me. It was like bumping in to somebody on the street and having a chat with him. He was really funny.”
