Watch Kristen Stewart get a kicking, from the inside!
Vampire fever is just about set to take over the world yet again as the Twilight saga returns to screens with Breaking Dawn Part 1 on the 18th of November.

It’s the beginning of an epic two parter which will bring the adaptations of Stephenie Meyer’s acclaimed books to a close, leading millions of tweens to adrift without perennial vampire romances to cling to. In this final story, Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) have finally not only gotten hitched (much to the torso heaving anguish of Jacob – Taylor Lautner) but also done the deed during their fantastical honeymoon in Rio and on their own private island.

But their happy time is soon interrupted by an unexpected visitor. No, it’s not some Volturi meddler but rather a rapidly accelerated pregnancy which threatens Bella’s life and forces the Cullens into a conflict with the local werewolves, set on stopping this abomination from being born...

Today, we’ve got some exclusive clips from the upcoming film. The first features Bella and Edward in a a scene you may have seen before in other movies, but with some added (foetal) kick...

The second gives a glimpse into the decision Jacob has to make as he tries to protect Bella without abandoning his own werewolf family, with the Cullen’s set on giving Bella a chance to survive.

For all the stick which the Twilight series gets, there’s no denying the power of the adaptations to a certain audience and apart from the inconsequential second film, I really don’t have much of a problem with them. For what it’s worth, Breaking Dawn is easily the best book in the series, giving it’s characters a chance to finally deliver on their promises, while Breaking Dawn Part 2 (coming in November 2012) promises to be suitable epic.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 is in cinemas on the 18th of November.
