Chronicle could get a sequel
A bunch of teens getting up to no good again.
It appears as though work has begun on Chronicle 2 after the recent release broke $100 million worldwide. The screenwriter for the original, Max Landis, has already signed on to create a draft script for the follow-up. Chronicle’s cast have become hot property and it has already been rumoured that director Josh Trank is in talks to take on Venom, the spin-off of Spider Man.

Chronicle told the story of a trio of teens who discover that they have supernatural abilities. Naturally, power corrupts and the group capture their antics on camera. It will be interesting to see how a follow-up will work or will a new cast of fresh faced teens be found who also possess such gifts.
