Life of Pi website launched
Here's a glimpse of the tiger in action.
A new website has been launched for Life of Pi with a variety of images and a short clip from the movie, in which the tiger makes his presence felt. The clip is short, but sweet and shows just how far CGI has come. The images distinctive and give an idea what visual style may be utilised throughout the film.

The film has been adapted from Yann Martel's award-winning novel by the same title. The film follows a 16-year-old boy by the name of Pi who is emigrating to the USA with his zookeeper parents. After their cargo ship is shipwrecked, Pi finds himself adrift in a lifeboat with only a hyena, zebra, orang-utan and tiger for company. Life of Pi stars Suraj Sarma, Tobey Maguire, Irrfan, and Gerard Depardieu. The film will be released in North America on November 21st and in Europe on December 21st.
