We’ve just got the brand new trailer and some all new stills for Bond 23.
Skyfall lands in cinemas this October and the marketing has been keeping itself positively subtle, compared to behemoths like Prometheus and The Dark Knight Rises.
That veil is being lifted somewhat today, with a full lengthed new trailer that gives us a glimpse at more of the story, including some lingering looks at head villain Javier Bardem.
Check them out.
So it seems Bond has a bit of a moral mishap at some point in the story, or at least fakes one to work behind the scenes for Judi Dench’s M. It looks like it will give him some time to go off reservation for a change, and maybe make things a bit less dour than Quantum of Solace.
We also get a look at Bardem here, looking particularly odd with platinum blonde locks. There’s some comedy on as well, and the exchanges between villain and Daniel Craig’s returning Bond look like they might actually be interesting.
Skyfall is a significant film for Craig and studio MGM and it looks like it might just be the best outing yet for the English star.
