Google makes Project Glass Theft proof
and at $1500 they'd wanna be!
The incredibly expensive personalised computer glasses which will be launching as Google Project Glass Explorer Edition early next year are now being equipped with an Anti-theft trigger. Google have patented a system whereby the device can identify "unnatural" movements and lock the headset if it feels the violent motion of them being wrenched from your face. Better still, the magical glasses will be contacting the police on that jerky theif ass as he flees the scene ensuring they won't get far before being apprehended... we hope.
