Google may launch third smartphone in 2017

Google is currently working on the upcoming Google Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones, but a new report from Droid Life suggests that the company may also be developing a previously unknown third smartphone.

A recent report noted that the upcoming 2017 Pixel devices were likely codenamed ‘muskie’ and ‘walleye’, and that a third device using the codename ‘taimen’ had been reported by multiple sources.

One of the sources told Droid Life that the ‘taimen’ smartphone would feature a bigger screen than the Pixel XL.

Hopefully Google will soon reveal if this mysterious third smartphone does indeed exist.
