Samsung granted new smartphone patents

Samsung has been granted two new patents related to next-generation smartphones the company hopes to develop in the near future, as revealed in an article by Patently Apple.

The first of the two new patents consists of a full wraparound display design that could be used as an alternative to the fold-out device Samsung is allegedly working on.

The second patent is for a single scroll mobile device featuring a flexible display attached to a single handle that can be pulled out like a scroll.

Samsung latest smartphone is of course the Samsung Galaxy S8, which features an almost bezel-less display.
