Love All.
Sony’s expanding its 3D production and broadcast coverage for Wimbledon 2012. You like? Thank their long-term partnership with the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC).

Goal!....wait...

Five days comprehensive coverage and broadcast will begin on Wednesday July 4th and take in the men’s quarter-finals and the ladies and men’s semi-finals. But not the finals....
Ok, the finals are in there too!

BBC, Canal+ (Spain), ESPN, Nova (Greece) and Sky Italia have confirmed plans to broadcast the live 3D feed to global viewers, whilst the Men's Final on Sunday July 8th will also be beamed into cinemas across the world, via cinema distribution partner Supervision Media.

Checkmate?...

Wimbledon is one of a number of major summer sporting events benefitting from Sony's sports production technology and services, which were also at the heart of the recent 3D production of the UEFA Champions League Final in Munich.
