Tag Heuer gave followers of its social media accounts a look at its upcoming Android Wear smartwatch. The new watch will be unveiled in full on November 9th.
The image doesn’t show much of the watch as it’s shrouded in shadow. It will feature a round face, has a button on the side, and minute markers along the watch face edge.
Tag Heuer’s tweet introduced the image by saying, “Get ready to experience the next step in innovation. #connectedtoeternity." The Android Twitter account, meanwhile, revealed that it will be named Tag Heuer Connected.
The smartwatch will retail for $1,800, making it the most expensive Android Wear smartwatch by far. It also beats the price tag of many Apple Watch models, though the premium Apple Watch Edition still costs a good deal more.
The Tag Heuer Connected is said to have a 40-hour battery life. We’ll find out more about the smartwatch on November 9th.
